Buffalo man’s crime spree end in Allegany
After an investigation conducted by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Bureau, an arrested has been made for six counts of criminal possession of stolen property. Deputies responded at 8:40 a.m. Sunday. It is alleged that Jason Benton, 33, of Buffalo used multiple credit cards that did not belong to him at multiple locations in the Town of Allegany. He will answer the charges later in Allegany Court.
