Wellsville Police
arrested Jason G. Bundy, age 49 of Genesee, PA, charging him with DWI
(Unclassified Misdemeanor), Refusal to take a breath test (Infraction), Moved
from lane unsafely (Infraction), Failed to keep right (Infraction) and
Inadequate or no stop lamps (Infraction).
The charges stem from a traffic stop on South Main Street. Bundy was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released to a third party.
Bundy is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on March 5th
at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested Caleb J. Kessler, age 25 of
Olean, charging him with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th
(Class A Misdemeanor), Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd (Unclassified
Misdemeanor) and Inadequate/No Muffler (Infraction). The charges stem from a
traffic stop on South Main Street. Kessler was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. Kessler is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on
March 5th at 4:30 pm.
