New York State Police Blotter
2/1/24 11:40 a.m.- State Police arrested Caleb J. Kessler,
25, of Clarksville. He was charged with two counts of aggravated unlicensed
operation, criminal contempt for allegedly violating an order of protection and
criminal possession of stolen property. He was released on his own
recognizance.
2/1/24 6:37 p.m.- During a traffic stop in the Town of
Amity, state police arrested Clifton J. Miller, 24, of Angelica. He was charged
with DWI, aggravated DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation. He was initially
detained.
2/1/24 10:42 a.m.- State police based in Bath arrested Logan
T. Ost, 33, Dylon W. Loper, 23 and Tyler J. Conner, 31. Each was charged with
felony burglary stemming from an incident in Avoca. They were also charged with
burglary for incidents in Howard and Hornellsville. They were all detained.
