2/9/24 6:40 p.m.- State Police arrested Timothy J.
Rice, 25, of Friendship. He was charged with third-degree assault with intent
to cause physical injury. He was released on his own recognizance.
2/9/24 8:20 p.m.- During a traffic stop in the Town
of Angelica, troopers arrested Earl J. Seely, 78, of Angelica. He was charged
with driving while intoxicate (first offense) and having a BAC of .08% or
higher. Court action is pending.
