He was raised in Belmont, and was a 1982 graduate of Belmont
Central School. After graduation, Tony worked in several local organizations
including, Friendship Dairies, Bulk Tainers in Belmont, Dresser-Rand
Corporation in Wellsville, and then starting in the early 2000's he owned and
operated a very successful welding business: Skyline Welding. He was a member
of the Almond Rod and Gun Club, and The 4 Amigos - who attended 30+ Grateful
Dead concerts together. He is survived by a daughter, Ashley Fantauzzo of
Almond, four grandchildren, Ethan, Evan, Dana, and Elaina; his father, Joseph
(Gail) Fantauzzo of Apopka, FL, several siblings, Susan Boyer of Belmont, Gena
Benjamin of Cameron Mills, NY, Julie (Ken) Chan of Orlando, FL, and Shane
(Jennifer) Fantauzzo of Baltimore, MD; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Tony was predeceased by two brothers, his twin, Joseph Michael Fantauzzo, and
Robert “Bob” Boyer; his mother, Angelina Boyer, and his step-father, Robert
Boyer.
