Scio man charged with possessing child pornography
Wellsville Police on Tuesday arrested Albert L. Witt, 70, of Scio charging him with Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child
(Class E Felony). Witt was processed and
arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Witt released on Pre-Trial supervision and is
due back in Wellsville Village Court on October 16th at 4:30 p.m.
