On September 20th, 2018 at approximately 5:15p.m. Cuba Police arrested Shane W. Virgin (44) of Bolivar on charges of issuing a bad check with known insufficient funds (misdemeanor). Virgin was processed and issued an appearance ticket to appear at a later date. Virgin is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
