A New York State Police Special Operations Response Team
assisted the Olean Police Department this morning in executing a search warrant
obtained by investigators from the Olean Police Department’s Street Crimes
Unit. At 5:40 a.m. troopers, Olean police and the C.C.E.R.T entered 442 North
1st. lower apartment and conducted a search for methamphetamine and evidence of
manufacturing meth.
Olean Police Captain Robert Blovsky said “several components
were located inside the apartment for making meth.” 28-year-old Tyler J.
Harding, who lives at the address was arrested for Unlawful Manufacture of
Methamphetamine 3rd degree, a D felony. Harding was taken to the Olean Police
Department for processing and is awaiting arraignment in Olean City Court.
