Wellsville Police arrested Michelle E. Rosario, age 39 of Jamestown, NY, charging her with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 3rd and Petit Larceny. The charges stem from an incident that took place at the Giant Food Mart in Wellsville. Rosario was located by the Jamestown Police Department and turned over to Wellsville Police. Rosario was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Rosario was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $500.00 cash bail or $1,000.00 property bond. Rosario is due back in Wellsville Village Court on October 16th at 4:30 p.m.
