BATH - Members of the Steuben County Youth in Government class toured the county Office of Emergency Services Tuesday, learning more about how the county responds to natural disasters. The 30-year-old Youth in Government Program provides high school students across the county with a solid grounding in county operations, including the legislature and civil departments. The program includes a simulated legislative session during which students present and vote on resolutions.
