The driver of a big rig is in jail after taking down an electric line in a residential area at Scott Avenue and Madison Street this morning. Wellsville police, however, say, his issue is more far reaching. Police this morning report the arrest of Mouraz Razgoyam, 32 of Henrico, VA. He was charged with being a fugitive of
justice. Authorities from the south said they definitely wanted to speak with the suspect. While police investigated the incident scene, computers were busy sounding an alert for the Wellsville investigation. Police confirmed
that Razgoyam was wanted in the state of Virginia. Razgoyam was processed and arraigned before
Associate Village Justice Walsh.
He was committed to the Allegany County Jail without bail pending
extradition to Virginia.
