Wellsville: 23 North building project needs subcontractors & material suppliers

Two Plus Four Construction Co. is the General Contractor for the substantial rehabilitation of the 23 North Building into 16 Senior Apartments and Commercial Office Space in the Village of Wellsville. The development is located at 23 North Main Street, Wellsville, NY 14895. We plan to start construction by mid-October, 2018. This project is a Capital Improvement-Davis Bacon Wage Rates DO NOT apply to this project. We are especially interested in receiving proposals from NYS Certified MBE / WBE and SDVOB subcontractors and material suppliers. Our MBE/WBE/ SDVOB goals for this project are: 10% - MBE 10% - WBE 6% - SDVOB. Plans will be available for viewing at the following locations:

Scopes of work include: Sitework, landscaping, concrete, masonry, structural steel, framing, trim carpentry, EPDM roofing, insulation, doors, windows, dry wall, painting, flooring, bath accessories, postal specialties, appliances, cabinets, countertops, blinds, plumbing, sprinklers, HVAC, electric and all associated building materials.
