Wellsville Police arrested Kevin J. Tyler, age 47 of
Friendship, NY, charging him with Petit Larceny. The charge stems from an incident that took
place at Giant Food Mart in Wellsville.
Tyler was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Tyler is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on October 2nd at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Daniel E. Fronczak, age 42 of
Olean, NY charging him with Petit Larceny.
The charge stems from an incident that took place at Park Plaza Liquors
in Wellsville. Fronczak was processed
and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Fronczak was
committed to the Allegany County Jail on $500.00 cash bail or $1,000.00 property
bond. Fronczak is due back in Wellsville
Village Court on October 2nd at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Derrick A. Jimerson, age 31 of
Wellsville, charging him with Disorderly Conduct. The charge stems from an incident that took
place on North Main Street in the Village of Wellsville. Jimerson was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. Jimerson is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on October 16th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Nicole D. Price, age 43 of
Wellsville, charging her with AUO 3rd and No Seatbelt. The charges stem from a traffic stop on East
State Street in the Village of Wellsville.
Price was issued traffic citations and released. Price is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on October 23rd at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the
Wellsville Village Court, arrested Tyler W. Cowburn, age 24 of Andover, NY,
charging him with failure to appear in Court and/or pay fine on a previous DWI
and other V&T charges. Cowburn was
processed and arraigned before Town of Independence Justice Howe. Cowburn was committed to the Allegany County
Jail on $500.00 cash bail or $1,000.00 property bond. Cowburn is due to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on September 25th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Matthew S. McKinnis, age 34 of
Olean, NY, charging him with Grand Larceny 3rd (Class D Felony). The charges stem from an investigation by
Wellsville Police after a local business paid McKinnis (a contractor) a
$20,000.00 deposit for work in September of 2017, and McKinnis allegedly failed to start
the project. McKinnis was located by
Olean Police and turned over to Wellsville Police. McKinnis was processed and arraigned before
Town of Independence Justice Howe.
McKinnis was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $5,000.00 cash
bail or $10,000.0 property bond.
McKinnis is due back in the Town of Independence Court on October 17th
at 3:30 p.m. He has since posted bail and was released.
Wellsville Police arrested Cody A. Reeves, age 25 of
Lansing, NY, charging him with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd and Passed
Red Light. The charges stem from a
traffic stop on East Dyke Street in the Village of Wellsville after running a
red light at the South Main Street intersection. Reeves was issued traffic citations and
released. Reeves is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on October 9th at 4:30 p.m.
