Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the
Wellsville Village Court, arrested Jessica L. Wilcox, age 29 of Wellsville, for
failure to appear in Court and/or pay fine of a previous Criminal Mischief
charge. Wilcox was processed and
arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Wilcox was committed to the Allegany County
Jail on $250.00 cash bail. Wilcox is due
back in Wellsville Village Court on September 19th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Dominica R. Howells, age 19 of
Wellsville, charging her with AUO 2nd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd),
Unlicensed Operator and Fail to notify DMV of address change. The charges stem from a traffic stop on
Chestnut Street in the Village of Wellsville.
Howells was issued traffic citations and released. Howells is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on September 25th at 4:30 p.m.
