May 31 - Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Sarah M. Heverly, age 25 of Friendship on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued by the Town of Caneadea Court. Heverly was taken into custody at the Allegany County Court Complex, processed and transported to the Town of Angelica Court where she was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $200.00 cash or $1,000.00 bond. Heverly is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Caneadea Court on June 6, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. for additional court action.
May31 - Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Gary L. Miles Jr, age 27 of Belfast charging him with (4) counts of Falsely Reporting an Incident in the 3rd Degree. Miles was located at his address, processed, and transported to the Town of Friendship Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $5,000.00 cash or $10,000.00 bond. Miles is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Amity Court on June 27, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. for additional court action.
May 29 - Deputies arrested Frank D. White II, age 35 of Scio on an Allegany County Violation of Probation Warrant. White was processed and transported to Allegany County Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail without bail. White is scheduled to reappear in Allegany County Court on May 31, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. for additional court action.
May 25 - Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Cuba Police Department with the arrest of Gregory A. Kerr Jr., age 46 of Hornell, on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued by the Town of Scio Court. Kerr was taken into custody at the Allegany County Court Complex, processed, and turned over to the Cuba Police Department.
