PERMISSION FOR THE ALLEGANY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO CREATE A WATER LAB – THE ALLEGANY COUNTY COMMUNITY ENVIRONMENTAL LABORATORY (ACCEL)

RESOLVED:1.         That the Allegany County Department of Health shall establish a Water Lab to be known as the Allegany County Community Environmental Laboratory.
