Wellsville Police arrested Stephen A. Osgood, age 36 of
Cuba, charging him with AUO 2nd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd) and Moved
from Lane Unsafely. The charges stem
from a traffic stop on the Genesee Parkway in the Village of Wellsville. Osgood was issued traffic citations and
released. Osgood is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on April 24th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Mickey L. Buchler, age 29 of
Wellsville, charging him with AUO 3rd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd), Unlicensed
Operator and Inadequate/No Muffler. The
charges stem from a traffic stop on the Bolivar Road in the Village of
Wellsville. Buchler was issued traffic
citations and released. Buchler is due
to appear in Wellsville Village Court on April 24th at 4:30 p.m.
