Wellsville Police arrested Kirsten N. White, age 19 of Scio,
charging her with Petit Larceny, Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 3rd
and Conspiracy 6th. The charges stem
from an incident that took place at Giant Food Mart on April 2nd. White was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. White is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on May 8th at 4:30 p.m.
