Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the
Wellsville Village Court, arrested Tracy M. Donnelly, age 43 of Wellsville, for
failure to appear in Court on a previous Harassment 2nd charge. Donnelly was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.
Donnelly was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $250.00 cash bail
or $500.00 property bond. Donnelly is
due back in Wellsville Village Court on April 24th at 4:00 p.m.
