Terry L. Perkins, 66, of Coudersport, PA, died Sunday, April
15, 2018 in UPMC Cole, Coudersport. Born
August 11, 1951, in Ulysses, PA, he was the son of Dorr A. “Bud” and Edna M.
Empson Perkins. On May 12, 2006, at
Colton Point, Wellsboro, PA, he married the former Diane Housler, who
survives. He was employed as an x-ray
technician on pipeline construction for many years. Surviving besides his wife, Diane, are: two daughters, Becky (Brian) David of
Ashland, PA and Kym (Tim) Rice of Wellsboro, PA; two step-children, Tiffany (Kevin) Gledhill
of Coudersport and Lindsay (Derrick) Lathrop of Little Elm, TX; nine grandchildren, Stephanie, Ashley,
Hailey, Ashlyn, Sydney, Aaron, Isaac, Anderson, and Rylee; his father of Westfield, PA; two brothers, Gary (Teresa) Perkins of
Coudersport and Kenneth J. (Tammy) Perkins of Ulysses; a sister, Carla Baumgarner of Wellsboro; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by his mother; and a
sister-in-law, Melody Perkins. A
memorial gathering will be held on a later date. Memorials may be made to the Patterson Cancer
