Wellsville Police Blotter

Rebekah R. Bulkeley, age 22, from Wellsville was arrested on 8/4/17 for Petit Larceny following a complaint of shoplifting from a local business.  Bulkeley was issued an appearance ticket for Village Court on 9/12/17.
