Deputies arrested Justin M. Davison, age 32 of Conesus, on a
Bench Warrant issued from the Town of Erwin Court. Davison, who was being
released from the Allegany County Jail on unrelated charges, was arrested,
processed, and turned over to the custody of the New York State Police.
On July 4, 2017 Deputies arrested Matthew J. Parece, age 21
of Franklin, Massachusetts, charging him with Tresspass following a report of
an individual located on the roof of the Andover Central School. Parece, who
was reportedly taking photographs from the roof, was taken into custody without
incident, processed, and issued an appearance ticket. Parece is scheduled to
reappear in the Village of Andover Court on July 10, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. for
additional court action.
