Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the
City of Olean Court, arrested John F. Conklin, age 49 of Wellsville. Conklin was processed and turned over to the
City of Olean Police Department. Conklin
is due to appear in the City of Olean Court at a later date.
Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the
Village of Wellsville Court, arrested Traci A. Fay, age 41 of Wellsville,
charging her with failure to appear in court and/or pay fine. Fay was processed and arraigned before
Associate Wellsville Village Judge Walsh.
Fay paid $50.00 cash bail and was released. Fay is due back in Wellsville Village Court
on August 15th at 4:30 p.m.
