William T. Clevenger,
35, and Daniel J. Cook, 39, both residents of Dansville, NY, and Gerald W.
Phelps, 61, Mt. Morris, NY, were arrested July 13, charged with Criminal
Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree. Clevenger was additionally charged with
Throwing Refuse on Highways and Adjacent Lands.
Following arraignment in Geneseo Town Court, Clevenger, Cook and Phelps were
held in the Livingston County Jail on $1,500 cash bail and will return to
Geneseo Town Court to answer charges on a later date.
Kelly L. Quick, 28,
Nunda, NY, was charged July 16, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a
Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and Unlicensed Operator. Quick was released on an
appearance ticket to respond to charges in York Town Court on a later date.
Charles M. Cotton,
33, Rochester, NY, was cited for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and No
Headlights on July 15. Cotton will
address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Julio N.
Martinez-Serrant, 36, Livonia, NY, was arrested and charged with Harassment
2nd Degree and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing on July 13. Following arraignment in Livonia Town Court,
Martinez-Serrant was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $300 cash bail
and will return to Livonia Town Court to answer charges on a later date.
Ryan P. O’Connor, 27,
Scottsville, NY, was arrested July 16, charged with Driving While
Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater, Unlicensed Operator and
Moving from Lane Unsafely. O/Connor will
appear in answer of charges in North Dansville own Court on a later date.
Katie L. Wilson, 30,
Bath, NY, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance
7th Degree and No/Illegal Front Windshield on July 14. Following arraignment, Wilson was remanded to
the Livingston County Jail on $250 cash bail/$500 property bond. Wilson will address charges in Avon Town
Court on a later date.
Shavonte A. Shelton,
23, Rochester, NY, was charged July 15, with Aggravated Unlicensed
Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Unsecured
License Plate.Shelton will address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Jeffrey M. Bill, 48,
Conesus, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood
Alcohol Content .08% or Greater and Operating Out of Class. Bill will answer
charges in Conesus Town Court on a later date.
Brandon L. Cassada,
23, Avon, NY, was arrested July 14, charged with Assault 3rd Degree,
Reckless Endangerment 2nd Degree, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and
Harassment 2nd Degree. Following arraignment
in Livonia Town Court, Cassada was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in
lieu of $2,500 cash bail. Cassada will
return to Livonia Town Court in response to charges on a later date.
Zachary J. Stevens,
26, Livonia, NY, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol
Content .08% or Greater and Failure to Stop for a Stop Sign on July 18. Stevens will address charges in Livonia Town
Court on a later date.
David J. Racinowski,
20, Avon, NY, was cited for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana on July 20,
and will report to Leicester Town Court to answer charges on a later date.
