Coudersport man faces felony aggravated assault charge

A Coudersport man was sent to the Potter County Jail this morning when he couldn't post $10,000 bail during his arraignment at 1:45 a.m. Sweden Township Police arrested 61-year-old Joseph Santangelo. He was charged with felony aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, making terroristic threats and harassment with physical contact. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for July 31st.
