Wellsville Police arrested Shawna M. Foster, age 32 of
Wellsville, charging her with Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd. The charge stems from an incident that took
place on East Pearl Street in the Village.
Foster was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released to a
third party. Foster is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on July 25th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Cory J. Eck, age 34 of
Wellsville, charging him with DWI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st (Class E
Felony), Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument, Unregistered Motor
Vehicle, Uninspected Motor Vehicle and Operation without Insurance. The charges stem from a traffic stop on East
Pearl Street in the Village. Eck was
processed and arraigned before Wellsville Associate Village Judge Walsh. Eck was committed to the Allegany County Jail
on $1,000.00 cash bail or $2,000.00 property bond. Eck is due back in Wellsville Village Court
on July 25th at 4:30 p.m. Wellsville
Police also arrested Alicia A. Flamini, age 29 of Smithfield, VA, charging her
with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 5th (Class D Felony). Flamini was a passenger in the Eck
vehicle. Flamini was processed and
arraigned before Wellsville Associate Village Judge Walsh. Flamini was committed to the Allegany County
Jail on $1,000.00 cash bail or $2,000.00 property bond. Flamini is due back in Wellsville Village
Court on July 25th at 4:30 p.m.
