Wellsville Police Blotter

Date: Monday July 3, 2017
Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant from the Town of Wellsville Court, arrested Robert N. Young, age 27 of Wellsville, for failure to appear in Court on previous Vehicle and Traffic charges.  Young was turned over to the New York State Police and was due to appear in the Town of Wellsville Court at a later time.

Wellsville Police arrested Chad M. Mulholland, age 47 of Wellsville, charging him with Unlawful Imprisonment 1st (Class E Felony), Menacing 2nd, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th and Harassment 2nd.  The charges stem from an incident that took place on North Brooklyn Avenue in the Village.  Mulholland was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Judge O’Connor.  Mulholland was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $15,000.00 cash bail or $30,000.00 property bond.  Mulholland is due back in Wellsville Village Court on July 18th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Eric J. Bratcher, age 54 of Wellsville, charging him with Harassment 2nd.  The charge stems from an incident that took place on North Broad Street on June 29th.  Bratcher was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Judge O’Connor.  Bratcher was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $250.0 cash bail.  Bratcher is due back in Wellsville Village Court on July 18th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Toni L. Royer, age 27 of Wellsville, charging her as a Fugitive from Justice.  Royer was processed and arraigned before Associate Village Judge Walsh.  Royer was committed to the Allegany County Jail awaiting extradition to Potter County Pennsylvania.
