On March 19, 2017, Troopers arrested Jonathan S. Buckley, 33 of Fillmore, NY, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated.
Troopers responded to a report of a car that crashed into a ditch on State Route 19A in the Town of Hume. While interviewing the driver, Jonathan S. Buckley, the odor of an alcoholic beverage was allegedly detected. Standard Field Sobriety Tests were conducted which Buckley subsequently failed. He was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to SP Fillmore where he recorded a 0.22% BAC. He was released on tickets and is scheduled to appear before the Town of Hume Court on 3/30/2017 at 6:00 p.m.
