Wellsville Regional News (dot) com is an independently operated news site. It has no direct affiliation with any other news service or newspaper. During the past few weeks, I have been told either directly or via email (or have viewed on other sites), that this site was affiliated with the Wellsville Daily Reporter and/or a few other services. Nope. 'They' do their thing...I do mine. We each have a purpose. We all work hard. From time to time, I do refer to stories carried by other media, for which I give attribution. Occasionally, other media uses my product and typically credits this site, which I appreciate. I have been most grateful when Buffalo TV media gives attribution.
I post these thoughts mainly because I didn't want there to be confusion about this site. Ad-free, constantly updated...a passion. People deserve timely information...that's what this site is all about.
