Cuba police charge man with sex crime

Following a week long investigation, the Cuba Police Department arrested Patrick Hale, 22, of Friendship. Hale was charged with aggravated sexual abuse 3rd: forcible compulsion (felony), reckless endangerment 2nd (misdemeanor) and criminal mischief 4th: disable equipment to prevent request of emergency assistance. Hale was processed and placed in front of a Friendship Town Justice where he was released to appear at a later date.
