Wellsville Police,
acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested
Steven M. Gaddy, age 42 of Olean, charging him with failure to appear in Court
on July 18, 2023 on a previous Petit Larceny charge. Gaddy was located by the Olean City Police
Department and turned over to Wellsville Police. Gaddy was processed and transported to the
Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in the Allegany County Centralized
Arraignment Parts Court (CAP). Gaddy is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by a Wellsville Village Court, arrested Ashley J. Taber, age 35 of Wellsville, charging her with Failure to appear in Wellsville Village Court on July 2nd on a previous Burglary 3rd, Conspiracy 5th, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th charges. Taber was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in the Allegany County Centralized Arraignment Parts Court (CAP). Taber is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police arrested Kevin J. Tyler, age 52 of Andover, charging him with Criminal Contempt 2nd (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place on Park Avenue. Tyler was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail and arraigned in the Allegany County Centralized Arraignment Parts Court (CAP). Tyler was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $5,000.00 cash bail or $10,000.00 property bond or $50,000.00 partially secured bond. Tyler is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on July 16th at 4:30 pm.
