Wellsville Police Blotter

Wellsville Police arrested Charles P. McDade, age 33 no permanent address, charging him with Failure to Register with the Sex Offender Registry (Class D Felony).  McDade was also charged with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemenaor) for an incident that took place at 7 Eleven on June 3^rd.  McDade was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson.  McDade was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $5,000.00 cash bail or $10,000.00 property bond or $25,000.00 partially secured bond.  McDade is due back in Wellsville Village Court on July 2^nd at 4:30 pm.

 

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Samantha J. Ellwood, age 37 of Whitesville, for failure to appear in Village Court on June 4^th on a previous AUO 3^rd and other Vehicle and Traffic charges.  Ellwood was located by the New York State Police and taken into custody.  Ellwood was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson.  Ellwood was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on June 18^th at 4:30 pm.
