6/11/24 9:55 p.m.- Following an incident in the Town
of Independence, state police arrested Bruce A. Button, 52, of Scio. He’ll
appear in court at a later date to answer the charge of petit larceny.
6/11/24 10:57 a.m.- There were no criminal charges
filed after a propane truck overturned at State Route 243 and North Dam Road in
Caneadea. The driver was listed as David L. Myers, 61, of Silver Springs, NY.
6/11/24 3:17 p.m.- During a traffic stop in the
Village of Wellsville, Troopers arrested Allicia M. Harrington, 32, of Andover
for DWI and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. A court
appearance is pending.
6/11/24 2:28 p.m.- Stemming from a 2023 incident in
the Town of Erwin, state police arrested Rebecca L. Duell, 26, of Woodhull. She
was charged with two counts of felony falsifying business records and felony
grand larceny. She was initially detained.
6/11/24 10:27 p.m.- After responding to a reported
domestic dispute, Painted Post-based state police arrested Gayla M. Burbank,
35, of Addison. She was charged with criminal mischief.
