6/12/24 2:30 p.m.- After investigating a fraud
complaint reported October 19, 2023 in Amity, state police arrested Samantha A.
Coban, 22, of Bradford, PA. She was charged with felony forgery involving a
deed/will/contract and felony first-degree identity theft. A court appearance
is pending.

a.m.- Following an incident in Amity, Troopers arrested Todd A. Howard, 37,
of Scio. He was charged with felony burglary. He was initially detained. In a
separate case, he was also charged with two counts of petit larceny.
