Wellsville Police
arrested Stephen J. Tyer, age 51 of Lititz, PA, charging him with Grand Larceny
4th (Class E Felony). The
charge stems from an incident that took place on North Main Street on May 9th. Tyer was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice Thompson and released.
Wellsville Police
arrested Theresa A. Poehmel, age 45 no permanent address, charging her with
Burglary 2nd (Class C Felony) and Petit Larceny (Class A
Misdemeanor). The charges stem from an
incident that took place on West State Street on June 8th. Poehmel was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice Thompson.
Poehlem was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $1,000.00 cash bail
or $2,000.00 property bond or $10,000.00 partially secured bond. Poehmel is due back in Wellsville Village
Court on June 18th at 4:30 pm.
