Willing Police Arrested Stephen McCarthy, 46, of Scio. McCarthy was charged with Criminal Possession of a controlled substance 5th (D Felony), Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd(A Misdemeanor), Speed in Zone and Obstructed View. The charges stem from a traffic stop on Fulmer Valley Road in the Town of Willing. McCarthy was released on an appearance ticket. McCarthy is due to appear in Willing Town Court on 7-2-2024 at 4pm. Willing police where assisted on scene by the Allegany County Sheriffs Office.
