Cuba Police charge man with felony gun crime

On June 25th, 2024 at approximately 6:00PM, Cuba Police
arrested John W. See JR. (23) of Hinsdale, NY. See Jr. was arrested on charges
of aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd (Unclassified Misdemeanor), possession
of a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle (Misdemeanor) and criminal possession of
an assault weapon (Felony). See Jr. was processed, placed in front of a judge
and released to appear at a later date. See Jr. is presumed innocent until
proven guilty in a court of law.
