6/21/24 3:18 p.m.- A complaint filed in April in the
Village of Wellsville ended with the arrest of Trevor Willard, 22, of
Wellsville. He was charged with felony possession of an obscene sexual
performance by a child and felony promoting an obscene sexual performance by a
child under age 17. He was detained.
6/21/24 7:44 a.m.- During a traffic stop in the
Village of Belmont, troopers arrested Todd E. Varney, 40, of Independence. He
was charged with DWI, having a BAC above .08% and aggravated unlicensed
operation. He was released to a third party.
6/21/24 1:52 p.m.- After responding to Rushford,
state police arrested Donald J. Potts, 25, of Belmont. He was charged with
felony second-degree assault, petit larceny and resisting arrest. Court action
is pending.
