6/8/24 12:23 p.m.- After investigating a disturbance
in the Town of Portville, Olean-based state police arrested Chad A. Smith, 36,
of Bolivar. He was charged with five counts to include fourth-degree stalking,
third-degree criminal trespass, criminal mischief, criminal tampering and
aggravated harassment/communicate threats. He was initially detained.
