Wellsville Police arrested Gavin L. Gebauer, age 22 with no permanent address, charging him with Burglary 2nd (Class D Felony), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th (Class A Misdemeanor) and Trespass (Violation). The charges stem from two separate complaints that took place on Trapping Brook Road. Gebauer was processed and arraigned before Town of Wellsville Justice Graves. Gebauer was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $1,000.00 cash bail or $2,000.00 property bond or $10,000.00 partially secured bond. Gebauer is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on March 19th at 4:30 pm.
Wellsville Police
arrested Bruce J. McCormick, age 59 of Wellsville, charging him with Robbery 3rd
(Class D Felony) and Harassment 2nd (Violation). The charges stem from an incident that took
place on North Main Street. McCormick
was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. McCormick was committed to the Allegany
County jail without bail. McCormick is
due back in Wellsville Village Court on March 8th at 3:00 pm.
