3/5/24 6:27 p.m.- State Police report the arrest of
Michael D. Frazier, 53, of Rushford. He was charged with felony first-degree
aggravated unlicensed operation (alcohol), driving while intoxicated and
resisting arrest. He was released on his own recognizance.
