NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that a public hearing will be held by the Wellsville Town Board, Allegany
County, State of New York at the Town Office, at the Wellsville Municipal
Airport in said Town on April 10, 2024 at 6:45 PM for the purpose of discussing
the presented Augustus Solar Wellsville LLC.
All person interested in this matter will be heard at such time and
place.
