Wellsville Police arrested James V. Lee, age 28 of Howard, NY, charging him with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place at 7 Eleven on March 25th. Lee was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Lee is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on April 16th at 4:30 pm.
