Independence Police arrested Samantha J. Ellwood, age 37 of
Whitesville, NY, charging her with no inspection, aggravated unlicensed
operation of motor vehicle 3rd Degree (AUO 3rd), and failure to change address.
These charges stem from a traffic stop on Main St in the Town of Independence.
Ellwood was issued traffic citations directing her to appear in Independence
Town Court on April 8, 2024.

Whitesville, NY, charging him with speed in zone and aggravated unlicensed
operation of motor vehicle 3rd degree (AUO 3rd). These charges stem from a
traffic stop on Hallsport Road in the Town of Independence. Button was issued
traffic citations directing him to appear in Independence Town Court on April
1, 2024.
