Wellsville Police arrested Alliya R. Jackson, age 21 of
Wellsville, charging her with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge
stems from an incident that took place at 7 Eleven on March 8th. Jackson was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. Jackson is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on March 19th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested Dennis J. Norman Jr, age 34 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Mischief 4th (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took
place on Pine Street. Norman was
processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Norman was released and is due back in
Wellsville Village Court on April 16th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested Samantha J. Ellwood, age 37 of
Whitesville, charging her with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took
place at Dollar General on February 13th.
Ellwood was located by the Independence Police Department and turned
over to Wellsville Police. Ellwood was
processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Ellwood was released and is due back in
Wellsville Village Court on April 2nd at 4:30 pm.
