Coudersport man charged with indecent exposure
Police in Coudersport have arrested a man for indecent
exposure. Taken into custody was 37-year-old Orry Dickinson Murray of
Coudersport. He was picked up Wednesday morning. Arraigned by Magisterial
District Judge James Edgcomb, Murray was remanded to Potter County Jail and
bail was set at $25,000 cash. He remains jailed today, unable to post bail. A
preliminary hearing will by held before Judge Bryan D. Phelps on March 21st
at 10 a.m.
