Cuba Police Reports

On March 21st, 2024, at approximately 6:04PM, Cuba Police arrested Roselynn H. Bliss (25) of Friendship, NY. Bliss was arrested on a warrant (failure to appear) for charges of criminal possession of controlled substance 7th (Misdemeanor) and criminal use of drug paraphernalia (Misdemeanor). Bliss was processed, placed in front of a judge and released to appear at a later date. Bliss is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On March 20th, 2024, at approximately 3:15PM, following a traffic stop, Cuba Police arrested Richard D. Joy (38) of Black Creek, NY. Joy was arrested on charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle on the highway (Violation), aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd (Unclassified Misdemeanor), operating without an interlock device (Misdemeanor), criminal use of drug paraphernalia (Misdemeanor), criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th (Felony) and criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd with intent to sell (Felony). Joy was processed, placed in front of a judge and released to appear at a later date. Joy is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
