1/26/21 5:40pm- After investigating a personal injury vehicle crash in the Town of Andover, State Police arrested Akissa R. McDonald, 26, of Knoxville, PA. She was charged with felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving while impaired by drugs.
