Wellsville Police
arrested Gage B. Soule, age 20 of Genesee, PA, charging him with Criminal
Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument.
The charge stems from a traffic stop on South Main Street in the Village
of Wellsville. Soule was also issued a
traffic citation for No Seat Belt. Soule
was additionally charged as a Fugitive from Justice after it was learned that
Soule had a Warrant in Pennsylvania.
Soule was issued an appearance ticket and released on the Possession of
a Hypodermic Instrument charge and is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court
at a later date. Soule was then committed to the Allegany County Jail pending
extradition to Pennsylvania.
