The 2021 filing season is fast approaching. We have received numerous enquiries regarding our VITA program, so we wanted to provide a quick update.
Our hope is to begin scheduling drop off appointments after March 1st, with safety restrictions in place. We will have limited slots available, and will try to accommodate as many filers as possible. Please understand that we must follow strict guidelines, with the safety of our volunteers and filers as our top priority.
If you are interested in scheduling a drop-off time, please call our office at 585-593-0200 after February 15th for further instruction and to reserve a drop off time.
This year, we are encouraging income eligible filers to self-prepare and file using myfreetaxes.com. This free service is simple to use and offers a free help line for those who need assistance.
